A New Surgery?

Neighbourhood Plan – Pre-Submission Consultation

22nd February to 9th April 2018

Just to let you know that the consultation period will run from Noon Thursday 22nd February until Noon Monday 9th April 2018.

All of the documents will be made available on line at www. http://www.sherston.org.uk/sherston-neighbourhood-plan.html (neighbourhood plan) website – and printed copies of the four main documents will be placed in the following locations for people to read:

Sherston Post Office/Stores

The Tolsey Surgery

Church of the Holy Cross

The Angel Hotel

We will be asking interested parties to review and comment on the draft plan before the 9th April deadline.  There will be a pro-forma response form that can be downloaded from the website and printed copies of the same form at each of the above locations.  Once completed these will need to be returned either by email to the Sherston Parish Clerk - clerk@sherston.org.uk -or posted to her  home address at 33 Hatherley, Yate, Bristol, BS37 4LT – or by hand to the Post Office Stores.

Arrangements have been made for two drop-in sessions to be held in the Village Hall on Saturday 3rd March and again on Saturday 17th March (10.00am to 12.30am).
