Stonehenge Trek for the Alzheimer’s Society

We are very proud to tell you that Claire Foster, our receptionist, will be taking part in the Stonehenge Trek, a twenty-six mile walk, for the Alzheimer’s Society on 2nd September with two of her friends, Clare and Andy Walton.   If anyone is interested in donating, there is a Just Giving page set up by Clare Walton, at or donations can be brought into the surgery.

Travel Clinic

All patients must complete and hand in the Travel Questionnaire before seeing the practice nurse. You can download this form from the link below, or ask at reception for a copy.
