FRIENDS OF THE TOLSEY SURGERY (FOTS)

Would you like to have a say about the services provided at the Tolsey Surgery?

We’re expanding our Friends of Tolsey Surgery Group (FOTS) to form a more representative Patient Reference Group.  We’re looking for patients, carers and members of the public from our catchment area who will represent the views of patients and help us to improve our services by answering a question or two periodically.

No special knowledge or skills are required, apart from being willing to give your views!

The new FOTS group will be invited to give occasional feedback, attend quarterly meetings and find out more about our services.

If you are interested in joining us, we need your name, address, telephone number and email address.   If you would like to be part of this exciting and invaluable group then please contact Judy Sharp at the surgery for more information, or complete a contact form available at the surgery.
