A New Surgery?

Neighbourhood Plan – Pre-Submission Consultation

22nd February to 9th April 2018

Just to let you know that the consultation period will run from Noon Thursday 22nd February until Noon Monday 9th April 2018.

All of the documents will be made available on line at www. (neighbourhood plan) website – and printed copies of the four main documents will be placed in the following locations for people to read:

Sherston Post Office/Stores

The Tolsey Surgery

Church of the Holy Cross

The Angel Hotel

We will be asking interested parties to review and comment on the draft plan before the 9th April deadline.  There will be a pro-forma response form that can be downloaded from the website and printed copies of the same form at each of the above locations.  Once completed these will need to be returned either by email to the Sherston Parish Clerk - -or posted to her  home address at 33 Hatherley, Yate, Bristol, BS37 4LT – or by hand to the Post Office Stores.

Arrangements have been made for two drop-in sessions to be held in the Village Hall on Saturday 3rd March and again on Saturday 17th March (10.00am to 12.30am).

Repeat Prescriptions

green_pill_spillIf you need a repeat prescription you may either request your medication by clicking on the link above, or post, fax or deliver your repeat prescription request to the surgery at least four working days before you intend to collect your medication.

It is also now possible to use our new automated system where patients can pick up their prescription and re-order medication for the following month at the same time, which reduces the number of visits to the surgery and ensures medication is ready for collection at the appropriate time.

Please note our new online ordering system links directly with our clinical system, making it simpler for you and easier for us.  If you don't have your log in details to access the new system, please ask at reception.  Please ensure you have some form of identification with you when you collect your details.

Fax Number 01666 841074

Repeat prescriptions should not be ordered over the telephone.
