Dr Pettit graduated from Southampton medical school in 1987. Having done hospital jobs in and around Bristol, and a year in Australia, she and her husband settled in Sherston with their 1 year old son Harry in 1993 . She has been a Partner at the Tolsey Surgery ever sin
Lorna graduated from Bristol University Medical School in 1986. She moved to Cirencester to train as a GP and has lived and worked in the area since then. She joined The Tolsey Surgery in 2002 and became a partner in 2008 following Dr Heathcock’s retirement.
Lorna has a special interest in Diabetes, Women’s health and contraception & child health.
Lorna has lived in the Cirencester area for 24 years with her husband and 2 children. In her spare time she enjoys playing the cornet in the local brass band, gardening and is involved in Girl Guiding.
Simon graduated from The University of Bristol Medical School in 1999. He trained as a GP Registrar at Romney House Surgery in Tetbury. Prior to working at The Tolsey Surgery he was a salaried GP at practices in Gloucestershire.
Simon’s childhood ambition was to become a GP. He has special interests in Cardiology, Musculoskeletal medicine and Child Health. He is actively involved in the education of undergraduate medical students at Bristol University.
Simon has lived in the local area for eleven years. He is married to another Bristol based GP, and they have two young children. His hobbies include football, rugby, music and drama, and playing with his children.
Lorraine trained at Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School in London. She was working as a GP in Chippenham for a number of years before leaving to work as a locum, and has now joined our team of doctors. Lorraine has a special interest in the area of Care for the Elderly.
Lorraine lives locally with her husband, she has two grown up sons and enjoys horse riding and skiing.
Judy looks after the day to day management of the Practice. She will be pleased to discuss any non-medical problems and also to receive ideas, comments or suggestions that you may have about the services offered.
