Would you like to have a say about the services provided at the Tolsey Surgery?

We’re expanding our Friends of Tolsey Surgery Group (FOTS) to form a more representative Patient Reference Group.  We’re looking for patients, carers and members of the public from our catchment area who will represent the views of patients and help us to improve our services by answering a question or two periodically.

No special knowledge or skills are required, apart from being willing to give your views!

The new FOTS group will be invited to give occasional feedback, attend quarterly meetings and find out more about our services.

The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible.
